Here at the Avenues Nursery with Kids Club we feel it is highly important for practitioners to have a sound knowledge and awareness of child development and their roles supporting the learning of children. We are committed to achieving the local authorities targets in regards to practitioners having a minimum of a level 3 qualification in childcare and education.
